Follow up on the Cake Bake.

Well, we had fun at the cake bake. Didn't win any of the special awards this time around, but we learned a lot, and had fun, too.
We ended up buying our cake back. It cost us $26! Ryan had fun bidding, although some other parents worked it pretty hard. I think they were trying to work the price up a bit... It ended up being the second most expensive cake of the event.

Ryan also earned his Bear badge. He was awarded that tonight, along with a few other boys from his den. We hope to have all of the boys ear the Bear badge by the March pack meeting. Still a bit more work to do before then...

Rubik's CAKE!

January is the month for the Akela / Cub cake bake for Pack 225. This year, the theme was A-Maze-ing games. So, we decided to make a Rubik's cube. Here are a few pictures on the cake in progress.
